Every Site, for Everyone.

RSPI is a renewable energy company rooted in responsibility. We develop run-of-river hydropower projects that protect watersheds, sustain biodiversity, and strengthen rural economies. Our work is guided by a simple principle: energy should empower. For us, that means balancing world-class engineering with deep partnerships in the communities we serve — ensuring that progress is measured not just in capacity installed, but in lives improved.

At RSPI, we believe power is more than megawatts.

Every river we work with lights a home, every turbine fuels possibility. Our hydropower projects bring reliable energy to communities where a single bulb can mean a child studies at night, a clinic runs vaccines, or a farmer irrigates his field. By 2029, our vision is to deliver 100MW of clean, renewable power — and in doing so, to brighten futures across the Philippines.

Community Development

Energy alone does not transform a community — but what energy enables does. At RSPI, every project is designed to deliver tangible benefits: power for schools and health clinics, water systems for households, irrigation for farmers, and livelihood opportunities in eco-tourism and agroforestry. We engage indigenous peoples and local partners from the start, ensuring free, prior, and informed consent and building projects that reflect community priorities. Our goal is not charity, but shared value: energy that uplifts while it empowers.

Environmental Stewardship

We build hydropower with nature as our partner. Each project invests in watershed protection and reforestation to secure long-term river health. By avoiding large reservoirs, our plants minimize land use change and methane emissions while safeguarding local ecosystems. We measure our success not only in the energy we produce, but in the forests replanted, rivers kept clean, and habitats preserved for the next generation.

Meet the Core Team That Delivers

Over 120 MW

of Renewable Energy Projects designed, delivered, or operated around the Philippines

With over 120 MW of combined experience in the development, rehabilitation, and operation of run-of-river hydropower projects across the Philippines, our team brings deep, hands-on expertise across the entire project lifecycle—from site identification, permitting, and community engagement to engineering design, financial structuring, and operations. The our expertise has successfully delivered hydro assets in Nueva Vizcaya, Cebu, Kalinga, Surigao, and Samar among others, covering the range of mini-hydro plants and larger utility-scale developments. We specialize in unlocking stranded or underperforming assets through technical turnaround, innovative financing, and integrated impact models that prioritize clean energy generation with watershed preservation, eco-tourism design, and inclusive growth for indigenous and local communities.
